10 Seconds Before Violence™ (10SBV)
The RECOGNITION LAYER
Available as a standalone eight-hour course or as Day 1 of RPDPS.
Officers learn to recognize when the original read of a situation stops fitting. Using Baseline, Pattern Break, Shift, and Decision Compression, they practice identifying meaningful behavioral change before overt negative action and asking: What changed?
10SBV is not predictive profiling or a checklist. Its purpose is earlier recognition that can create time, options, and control.

When Time Runs Out™ (WTRO)
THE PERFORMANCE LAYER
Available as a standalone eight-hour course or as Day 2 of RPDPS.
WTRO examines officer-side performance as time, clarity, and practical options narrow. Officers experience and examine attention, meaning, response selection, latency, consistency, and immediate articulation.
Each limitation is connected to what training can improve, mitigate, or help officers account for.

Rally Point Decision Performance System™ (RPDPS)
THE PREFERRED TWO-DAY DELIVERY
RPDPS combines the Recognition Layer and Performance Layer into one connected classroom experience.
Day 1 helps officers recognize meaningful change early enough to create time. Day 2 examines how officers can train for performance when very little time remains.
The complete system gives officers a shared language and connects what they recognize with what they understand, choose, do, and explain next.

ARgus pulse
CLASSROOM DECISION EXPOSURE
ARGUS Pulse is Rally Point’s interactive classroom decision-exposure system. Officers anonymously commit to choices inside short decision windows using their own devices.
After the window closes, the class can see how decisions were distributed, the level of consensus, and recorded response latency. Those results become material for discussion—not a tactical score, competence measure, or prediction of field performance.
