Training
A Structured Training System Built for Field Performance
Rally Point delivers scalable training formats built for agency implementation, regional hosting, and full-system deployment across operational environments.
Training is delivered in modular formats designed for agency implementation.
10 Seconds before violence
10 Seconds Before Violence is available as a stand-alone one-day course or as the first day of full RPDPS implementation.
10SBV is the pre-action recognition domain of RPDPS. It teaches officers to recognize when the original read of an encounter stops fitting, when behavior begins moving toward action, and where time or options may be narrowing before overt negative action begins.
The course covers baseline, pattern break, shift, manipulation or script control, leakage, suspect-side decision compression, and the handoff point into WTRO.
when time runs out
When Time Runs Out is available as a stand-alone one-day course or as the second day of full RPDPS implementation.
WTRO is the officer-side performance domain of RPDPS. It teaches officers to understand collapse, fragmentation, and adaptation once overt negative action begins and the officer is functioning inside the event.
The course examines missed information, dismissed information, hesitation, disrupted action, imperfect performance, useful function returning under pressure, and the handoff from pre-action recognition into collapse.
Rally point decision performance system
Full-System Deployment
The Rally Point Decision Performance System is Rally Point’s two-day integrated training package for agencies that want the full decision-performance framework.
RPDPS combines 10SBV and WTRO into one structured system. It links recognition before overt action with officer-side performance once time runs out, giving students a complete view of how decisions form, degrade, recover, and carry forward under pressure.
This is the strongest delivery format for agencies that want more than a stand-alone class. RPDPS gives the room a shared language, a consistent instructor-controlled framework, and a behavior-first method for studying recognition, timing, orientation, hesitation, adaptation, and visible decision behavior across the full event timeline.
ARgus pulse
The Decision Exposure Layer
ARGUS Pulse is Rally Point’s live decision exposure tool - used during delivery to force participation, expose decision patterns, and make learning visible in real time.
By placing officers inside the decision cycle and forcing commitment before explanation, it improves engagement, strengthens retention, and gives instructors a measurable view of how the room is actually thinking.

Measure Engagement
ARGUS Pulse improves delivery by turning passive attendance into visible decision behavior.
ARGUS Pulse does not claim to read internal mindset. It reveals visible decision behavior under pressure: recognition, hesitation, missed or dismissed information, and whether behavior changed when the pattern changed
