Two days of classroom decision-performance training hosted by Peoria Police Department. Open to sworn law-enforcement officers and approved public-safety personnel.

The Rally Point Decision Performance System scheduled for October 5–6, 2026, at the Peoria Police Department will not be held as scheduled.

COURSE OVERVIEW
DAY ONE - 10 Seconds Before Violence
Recognize meaningful behavior change earlier, creating more time and options.
Understand the natural progression and decision compression.
DAY 2 - When Time Runs Out
Understand officer side decision compression.
Examine officer performance when time and options narrow, connecting those limitations to what training can improve.
Both days use video analysis, guided discussion, and ARGUS Pulse classroom decision exposures. Student materials and completion certificates are included.
